That I wanted to lay up somewhere and forget about my responsibilities? That I wanted someone to make me laugh so I could feel good? You are not the only one who's got wants and needs. But I held on to you, Troy. I took all of my feelings, my wants and needs, my dreams... and I buried them inside you. You was my husband. I owed you everything I had. Every part of me I could find to give you.
b). The character I play is Rose. She is the wife of the protagonist. She is a housewife which help and support her family. She is a nice person overall, because she always cares about her family and provides some useful advice for her family. She spent a lot of time caring and loving her entire family in the book. She is calm and satisfied what she has.
c). Her husband Troy is cheated on her, and all of a sudden Troy told Rose that the girl already had a baby in her belly. Troy, supposedly is the man who has the greatest responsibility in the entire family, so I think while Rose is saying the lines, she might feels furious and irritated by his action. She couldn't understand or forgive his fault. In this part, she is also sad about what Troy did, because she spent many years with him, and didn't have any thinking about cheated on her husband. But her husband cheated on her, and they even had a baby!
